Once the company calls you to verify the information on the resume and to gauge your technical skills, unknowingly you will find yourself giving information about yourself to the company, Google has a tendency of contacting the human resource of the previous employer and for the certificates verification, they have a global liaison with nations in verifying the true status or correct grades for certificates obtained, this ensures the company has the right applicants for the intended job. Google too through its search engines, is capable of profiling the job applicant by secretly following the sites that they have visited before, there is a higher likelihood of the job applicant having used google services before the employment application.
